3. Digital & Social Media Integration:

4. Engagement & Community Building:

  • Drive initiatives to connect with college students and encourage user-generated content, fostering a sense of community and shared purpose.

  • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships teams to amplify Voice Up’s reach and influence on campuses nationwide.

  • Monitor analytics to understand audience engagement and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Strategic & Operational Planning:

  • Collaborate with the executive team to shape the business model and growth strategy of the platform.

  • Play an active role in Voice Up’s branding and positioning, establishing it as a trusted, relevant source of information and action.

  • Prepare for monetization and operational expansion once initial compensation phase begins.

Qualifications:

  • Must be currently enrolled in a higher learning institution, including two-year or four-year colleges, universities, or trade schools.

  • Or recent alumni with very strong on-campus real-time connections.

  • Prior experience in an editorial, content creation, or leadership role, preferably in digital media or student publications.

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Experience with digital content strategy, especially in reaching and engaging Gen Z audiences.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms, multimedia storytelling, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in a startup environment, and willing to adapt and innovate.
